I'm taking the Growth Currency media brand to the next level in 2023.

And I need help managing the content curation and creation in order to do that.

The Role: Newsletter Virtual Assistant (Contract, part-time)

I've established Growth Currency as a highly-regarded source for newsletter learning. Each edition is packed with high-value curated content mixed with learnings, how-to's and tips from my own experience growing this newsletter (see 'Past Editions' in the navigation menu for examples of past editions)

Now I need support with the curation, organization, and creation of the weekly newsletter. I've created a system and process that combines Airtable, ConvertKit, and Webflow to make things as simple as possible.

The role will start off as a contract position, with a few hours per week.

Newsletter Virtual Assistant Role

(1) Curation of newsletter articles & updating newsletter content, including:

• Find and/or select 4 articles each week from the GC⚡ Airtable Database (Start, Grow, Improve, Monetize).
• Manage links in GC⚡ Airtable database (adding links, updating status, etc)
• Add curated links into ConvertKit newsletter, maintaining proper formatting
• Updating ad copy and other newsletter details

(2) Upload & reformat weekly article (written by Dylan) for growthcurrency.net publishing (on Webflow).

(3) Management & updating newsletter stats, including subject lines, open rates, and ad clicks, and most popular links.
